Poetry Book & Magazine Fair 2024 Saturday 20 April 2024, 11.30am - 6.30pm St Columba's Hall Pont St London SW1X 0BD Free Verse Poetry Book and Magazine Fair celebrates the vitality of poetry in the UK – it’s a day of conversation and shopping, an unrivalled opportunity to browse the very best in contemporary poetry publishing and to meet publishers, organisations and poets. The Poetry Society is delighted that the Free Verse Poetry Book & Magazine Fair will be back in London in Spring 2024. Now at a new location in Central London. Into The Fold:Artists' Book & Zine Fair 2024
Fri 15th March, 2-6pm & Sat 16th March, 10-4pm Winchester School of Art University of Southampton Park Avenue Winchester SO23 8DL Winchester School of Art is pleased to invite you to Into the Fold, the University of Southampton's inaugural Artist Book and Zine Fair, a free event showcasing artwork by local students and regional artists for sale. Into the Fold will feature artist book and zine makers from across the UK including WSA students, staff and local artists. Over the two days, there will be tours of the Artists' Book Collection at WSA Library, printmaking activities, an exhibition curated by WSA Printmaking Fellow, Julia Vogl, an exhibition by Daniel Lehan in the WSA Library foyer, and a performative event with artist Alec Stevens. Bristol Artist’s Book Event 2022
23-24 April 2022, 11am – 5pm Bower Ashton Kennel Lodge Rd Bristol BS3 2JT We are very pleased to announce that BABE will be taking place on campus at Bower Ashton (BS3 2JT) over the weekend of Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April 2022. 108 artists, collectives, small presses and independent publishers will be attending from all over the UK and Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Denmark, Finland and Poland plus books arriving from Australia, Japan, Brazil, The Netherlands and the USA. UWE students and alumni will also be exhibiting on collective and individual tables over the weekend alongside. #BABEatBower |

The fair showcase local, national and international artists and small press publishers.The fair is organised by Pamflett. Pamflett is an artist run self-publishing workshop and mediator of artists' books, which run residencies, book launches, exhibitions and workshops. BABF 2023 is generously supported by Arts Council Norway, Bergen Municipality, and Vestland Fylkeskommune. |

at The Society of Bookbinders 2019 Saturday 17 March 2019, 10.30am - 4pm The Congregational Chapel Kelly Street Kentish Town London NW1 8PH A day of book arts activities that aims to increase the knowledge of Book Arts amongst members and to encourage dialogues, and collaborative networking between Book Artists and Bookbinders. The day will consist of: • An illustrated talk by book artist Tracey Bush • A book arts fair presenting a variety of emerging and established book artists with many works for sale • Demonstrations by a selection of the exhibiting artists • A mini exhibition of Sónia Serrão’s personal collection of artists’ books collected over the last 20 years. BRISTOL ARTISTS BOOK EXHIBITION 2019
Sat 30 March 11-6pm & Sun 31 March 11-5pm Arnolfini Gallery 16 Narrow Quay Bristol BS1 4QA BABE 2019 (Bristol Artists Book Event) was the seventh biennial festival featuring the work of bookmakers and small presses from around the world. Presented by Arnolfini, with Sarah Bodman (Centre for Fine Print Research, University of the West of England) and Tom Sowden (Bath School of Art and Design, Bath Spa University). Since 2007, BABE has established a great reputation as a relaxed and friendly event to meet and talk to book artists about their work and buy works of art. With more than 80 makers taking part, and prices starting from just a few pounds, there will be something for everyone. There were performances, interventions, talks and workshops across the weekend. Featuring artists from all over the UK, Ireland, Germany, Norway, Sweden and South Korea. |

SMALL PUBLISHER'S FAIR 2018 Fri 9th - Sat 10th November 2018, 11am-7pm Conway Hall 25 Red Lion Square London WC1R 4RL The Small Publishers’ Fair is an annual celebration of books by contemporary artists, poets, writers and book designers. It is held in Conway Hall in London’s Bloomsbury on the second weekend in November. The 2018 Small Publishers Fair will take place on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 November.

ELCAF 2018: East London Comic & Arts Festival
Friday 22nd June 2018, 12pm -7pm ELCAF is the East London Comics & Arts Festival, an annual event with a full programme of talks, workshops, masterclasses, screenings, installations and exhibitions. ELCAF also hosts over 100 international exhibitors selling publications, zines and prints. Micro Library Books was there on Friday launching an exclusive selection of limited edition bookworks. |

Ink, Paper & Print 2017
Sunday 15th October 2017, 11am - 6pm Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Park, College Rd, Eastbourne, BN21 4JJ Ink, Paper + Print's second event was a Designers' and Makers' Fair at Eastbourne's iconic Towner Gallery. There was 80 exhibitors showcasing a range of printmaking, artist's books, 20th Century design, ceramics and contemporary crafts. Illustrator's Summer Fair 2017
Sunday 9th July 2017, 12 - 6pm 2 Granary Square, Kings Cross, London, NC1 4BH House of Illustration transformed their giant canopied yard into a pop-up market place, selling a range of freshly illustrated produce. 150 hand-picked stalls showcased the diverse talent illustration has to offer. Work for sale included prints, books and ceramics across styles from children's illustration to graphic design and comics. Plus, this year they joined forces with The London Artists Book Fair. 40 exhibitors displayed a range of book-making methods including letterpress and riso printing. House of Illustration |
ELCAF 2017: East London Comic & Arts Festival

From its conception in 2012, ELCAF has grown to become one of the leading festivals of its kind in the UK. Attracting over 3,000 visitors annually, ELCAF continues to spotlight emerging talent and celebrate the dynamic community of individual artists and collectives that are pushing the boundaries in their creative fields. There has been an exciting growth in the field of comics and illustration, mediums which have moved from the peripheries into the mainstream focus.
